Verus Management Group LLC ("Verus Management Group," "we," "us," or "our") uses SMS text messaging to communicate with our employees, contractors, and authorized business contacts in connection with active service tickets, project coordination, and operational matters. These SMS Messaging Terms ("SMS Terms") describe our messaging program and the terms under which you receive messages from us.

By providing your mobile phone number to Verus Management Group LLC and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Who Receives Messages

Only individuals who have an established working relationship with Verus Management Group LLC — including employees, contractors, vendors, and authorized business contacts — and who have provided consent to receive SMS communications as part of that relationship.

We do not send SMS messages to the general public, and we do not use SMS for marketing or promotional outreach.

Types of Messages You May Receive

Messages sent through our system are conversational and operational in nature, and may include:

• Work assignments, scheduling, and dispatch information

• Responses to your inbound messages or inquiries

We do not send marketing, promotional, or solicitation messages through this system.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the volume of active work and inbound communications. Messages are typically sent in response to recipient inquiries or in connection with active service tickets, and there is no fixed schedule or recurring message cadence.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Verus Management Group LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier as a result of sending or receiving SMS messages.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Verus Management Group LLC at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Other accepted opt-out keywords include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your request, and you will no longer receive SMS communications from us. Opting out will not delete historical message records but will stop all future messages.

If you opt out and later wish to resume receiving messages, you may reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in, or contact us directly using the information below.

Supported Carriers

Messages are supported by major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is provided as part of your employment, contractor, or business relationship with Verus Management Group LLC and is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. Consent is documented in writing during onboarding, contractor agreement signing, or other authorized intake processes.

You may revoke consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions above.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or SMS content with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Continued receipt of messages after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.

Governing Law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
